Basseterre, St. Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) advises the general public of a water service interruption affecting customers from Imperial Bay to Conaree on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
WSD officials have advised that the interruption was caused by a damaged line. Repairs are ongoing and service restoration has been estimated at 2 p.m. on Thursday.
The Department is asking all customers affected by the interruption to visit the official WSD channels for additional details and related updates. Please visit mopieudt.gov.kn and water.gov.kn, or follow the WSD on Facebook and the Ministry’s Social Media pages for more information.
The WSD sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience the interruptions may cause and assures all affected customers that the Department remains committed to restoring service as swiftly as possible.
