Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) wishes to inform the residents of Beacon Heights, Dewars, and Upper Shadwell West that there may be limited or no water pressure in these areas. The water level in the Olivees tank is insufficient to allow the WSD to boost water to the Beacon Heights tank that services the affected areas.
Water levels should improve following the shutdown this evening. Accordingly, the WSD expects water to be fully restored by 6 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
The WSD sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience that results and asks customers to report all anomalies in water service via its hotline at 662-4307 to enable its team to log the issues and address them swiftly.
